Payment & Cancellation Policy

15 Days Money Back Guarantee:

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee for our Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Mail Hosting, and VPS plans, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund is limited to one per customer. Only the first hosting subscription you purchased from us will be eligible for 15 days money-back guarantee.
  • Refund will be given only for the hosting plan purchased. If any other third-party product, service, or license is purchased with hosting, such as a Domain or any third-party licenses, that will not be canceled, and the refund will not include that.
  • Any product, service, or license for which the refund has not been processed will not be terminated and will remain active. Customers can use that product, service, or license till the end of the billing cycle.
  • If the hosting service purchased includes any other complimentary free product, service, or license, during the refund the price of that complimentary product, service, or license, which was on the day of the purchase, will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Any complimentary free product, service, or license, for which the price has been deducted from the refund amount, will not be terminated and will remain active. Customers can use that product, service, or license till the end of the billing cycle.
  • A refund request must be raised by raising a support ticket or by writing an email to support@thehostme.com within 15 days of purchasing the subscription.
  • An acknowledgment email will be sent to the user confirming the service termination request received.
  • The service will be terminated within 2 working day of the receipt of the refund request, and data associated with that service will be deleted from the server.
  • A refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the refund request.
  • No refund will be granted to accounts closed for Terms of Services violations.

Cancellation After 15 Days:

You can cancel your subscription at any point in time, even after 15 days. For cancellations after 15 days, the following refund rules will be applicable:

  • The refund amount will be:
    • Amount paid for the purchase of the hosting service – Usage charges* for the time service has been used (Without discounts/Promotions) – ₹ 200 Cancelation charge.
  • Refunds will be given only for the hosting plan purchased. If any other Products, services, or licenses are purchased with hosting, such as a Domain or other licenses, the refund will not be processed for them.
  • Any product, service, or license for which the refund has not been processed will not be terminated and will remain active. Customers can use that product, service, or license till the end of the billing cycle.
  • If the hosting service purchased includes any other complimentary free product, service, or license, during the refund the price of that complimentary product, service, or license, which was on the day of the purchase, will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Any complimentary free product, service, or license, for which the price has been deducted from the refund amount will not be terminated and will remain active. Customers can use that product, service, or license till the end of the billing cycle.
  • Product cancellation must be requested from the client area after logging in to the account.
  • The hosting service will be terminated within 2 working days of the receipt of the cancellation request, and data associated with that service will be deleted from the server.
  • A refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the refund request.

The refund amount will be refunded through the original mode of payment.

* Usage charge rate will be based on the longest billing cycle you have completed for that service from the starting date of the current billing cycle for that service, not on the duration you have purchased the service for. Let’s say you purchase a service for 2 years, but cancel it after 5 months. In that case, the daily usage charge rate will be based on the quarterly billing cycle price, since you have just crossed 3 months. In case you haven’t even completed the shortest billing cycle available for that service, the usage charge will be calculated based on the shortest available billing cycle for that service. Also, if any promotional discount has been availed, that shall not be considered during the usage charge calculation. The usage charge will be calculated based on regular price of that service.

Domain, Third Party Services Registration/Renewal:

All domain name or third-party service registrations and renewals are FINAL. They can’t be canceled or refunded. Cancellation and refund will only be processed for hosting services.

Late Payment:

We do not provide any extensions to the invoices here at The HostMe. All invoices should be paid by the DUE DATE to avoid service suspension. Services not paid by the due date will be suspended. After the suspension, the services will have a grace period of 10 days from the invoice due date of the latest invoice for that service. If the invoice gets paid in the grace period, the service will be unsuspended. Otherwise, the service will get terminated, and the data will be deleted.

The user will be informed via email about invoices, service suspension, and service termination.

Promotional Pricing:

Many of our web hosting and reseller hosting packages are discounted for the first invoice. All packages will renew at the regular rate.

For the BEST possible pricing, we reward customers for signing up annually (12 months), biennially (24 months), and triennially (36 months). On our website, prices are displayed reflecting the best possible rate.
